Monday's guest was Tiphaine Dickson, a Montreal lawyer who has defended accused before UN Rwanda Tribunal and has represented Slobodan Milosevic. She was continuing an account from the previous week's show, informing listeners that a Rwanda witness who had written a letter complaining of harrassment by UN investigators has gone missing. Dickson said Belgian authorities now say they have found a body they suspect may be the missing witness.

Tiphaine Dickson, who practices international criminal law and has acted for accused before the ICTY and ICTR, was interviewed in the 2nd half-hour about the Milosevic case and the strange disappearence of a Rwandan witness in Europe.
